About Andrew

Andrew Ohm is a senior enterprise leader and advisor who helps organizations make meaningful progress through complexity. Across more than 20 years in consulting and global consumer businesses, he has led growth and innovation strategy, brand and experience transformation, and the building of teams, capabilities, and operating systems.
At Starbucks, Andrew advised C-suite and senior leaders, built and led enterprise innovation and research capabilities, and led high-priority work spanning brand, digital, customer experience, and organizational transformation. His earlier experience with Taco Bell, Kraft Foods, La Brea Bakery, Aon Hewitt, and CEB/Gartner grounded his approach in commercial leadership, business growth, and executive advisory.
Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, is an Aspen Institute fellow, and serves as a board trustee for his alma mater, Hope College. He brings a human-centered, values-led approach to helping leaders create clarity, shared direction, and durable momentum when the path forward is not yet fully clear.
